Technique Dance Classes

A good technical base is required for all dancers to build proper form and muscle memory. It increases flexibility, strength, and mitigates injury.

Competition Teams will be required to attend 1-4 hours of technique each week.

  • Flexibility
  • Core Strength Training
  • Center Balance
  • Leaps/Jumps
  • Arm conditioning
  • Back strength & flexibility
